Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

This policy explains how Brick30 Technologies, LLC (“we”) handles consumer health data, as required by Washington's My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373) and similar laws in Nevada and Connecticut. The only consumer health data we collect comes from the HappierFit Score™ quiz on happierfit.com.

Categories of consumer health data we collect

The quiz is scored in your browser. Your individual answers are never sent to us. We collect the score and zone only if you tick a separate consent box, unticked by default, on the quiz result screen. If you do not tick it, we collect no health data.

Why we collect it and how we use it

We use it for nothing else: not for advertising, analytics or profiling.
