Brick30 Technologies, LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026
This policy covers every product that Brick30 Technologies, LLC (“Brick30”, “we”, “us”) runs.
It explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have
under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and US state privacy laws, including the California Consumer
Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). Brick30 is the “controller” of your personal information.
Products this policy covers
The general sections apply to all of them. Each product's own section says what is different there.

The short version
- We collect what you give us to provide the product you are using, plus basic technical data to keep it secure.
- We do not sell your personal information for money. One product, HappierFit, shows Google ads; it is the only one that
shows ads or lets ad trackers run on our pages, and you can opt out there (see Advertising).
- Marketing email goes only to people who ask for it, or, after a purchase, a few related messages. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Where AI writes something for you, we send the AI only what it needs for that job, never your payment details.
- You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time:
[email protected].
What we collect and why
Not every product collects every category. The product sections list what each one actually collects.
- What you type or upload to use a product: for example a child's name for a poem, a résumé for
job coaching, quiz answers, or a description of your business. Used to provide what you asked for.
Legal basis: performing the service you requested (contract).
- Contact details, mainly your email address, when you buy, create an account, subscribe or write to us.
Used to deliver, send receipts and answer you. Legal basis: contract.
- Account data where a product has accounts: login email, a hashed password or a sign-in from a provider you
choose, and settings. Legal basis: contract.
- Purchase records: what you bought, when, the amount and the email used. Card details go straight to Stripe;
we never see or store them. Legal basis: contract; tax and accounting law.
- Marketing email, only if you opt in, or (existing customers) a few messages about related products you can
stop at any time. Legal basis: consent; legitimate interests for existing customers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and server and security logs. Used to prevent abuse, enforce free
limits, keep services secure and fix errors. Legal basis: legitimate interests in running a safe, working service.
- Analytics (pages viewed, buttons clicked), described per product under Cookies and analytics.
Legal basis: consent where the law requires it, otherwise legitimate interests.
Sensitive information. We do not ask for government IDs, precise location, biometrics or financial account
numbers. Two products can involve sensitive information you choose to give us: the HappierFit Score™ is a wellbeing quiz
(see Consumer health data), and résumés or notes in CareerLove may contain whatever you put in them. We use such
information only to provide the feature you asked for (on HappierFit, tailoring the newsletter, and only if you tick the consent
box), never send it to analytics or advertising providers, and do not sell or share it.
How we use AI
BabyVerse, CareerLove and AEGIS use AI language models to write things for you. To do that we send the model only the content
needed for the task (for example the name and theme of a poem, your résumé and a job description, or your business description).
The model is either one we run on our own servers or a third-party AI provider reached through our gateway (see
Who we share it with). We never send payment details to a model. AI output can be wrong; each product section
says whether a person reviews it. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or
similarly significant effects.
Who we share it with
We share personal information with service providers that process it for us under contracts that limit their use of it, and,
where marked third party, with companies that use it under their own privacy policies:
| Provider | What for | Products |
| Stripe | Payments, refunds and fraud prevention | BabyVerse, HappierFit, AEGIS |
| Cloudflare | Website delivery, security, visit counts and our email forwarding | All |
| Vercel | Website hosting and cookieless visit counts | AEGIS |
| Resend | Sending email | BabyVerse |
| Beehiiv | Newsletter | HappierFit |
| Google (AdSense, Analytics, Tag Manager); third party for advertising | Ads and analytics (see Advertising) | HappierFit |
| PostHog | Product analytics, only if you accept analytics | BabyVerse |
| Anthropic (Claude) | AI writing and coaching | CareerLove, AEGIS |
| AI model providers reached through our AI gateway (which one depends on availability; they may operate outside the US) | Writing poems; job matching, résumé suggestions, coaching and drafts | BabyVerse, CareerLove |
| Brave Search, scrape.do, Adzuna, Jooble and public job boards (they receive search terms and page addresses, not your profile) | Finding job postings and public company contacts | CareerLove |
| LinkedIn; third party | Sign-in and profile, only if you connect it | CareerLove |
| TypeSafe | Screening job postings and AI replies for prompt-injection attacks | CareerLove |
Most of our databases and websites run on servers we operate in the United States. We may also disclose information if the law
requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business (you would be told).
Advertising, sale and sharing
- HappierFit shows ads from Google AdSense and uses Google Analytics. Google may use cookies to show ads based on
your interests. Under some US state laws that counts as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral
advertising, or targeted advertising. You can opt out with the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in
HappierFit's footer, through a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal (HappierFit treats it as an opt-out), at
Google Ad Settings, or at aboutads.info. In the
EU, EEA and UK, ad and analytics cookies stay off until you accept them in HappierFit's consent banner.
- All other products show no ads, and we do not sell or share personal information from them for cross-context
behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. BabyVerse also treats a GPC signal as an opt-out and loads no analytics when it sees one.
- Affiliate links on HappierFit take you to another company's site; that company may set its own cookies there, under its own policy.
- We do not sell personal information for money in any product, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know is under 16.
Cookies and analytics
- Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your privacy choices. On any of our sites, Cloudflare may also set
strictly necessary security cookies (such as
__cf_bm or cf_clearance) to block bots. They do not need consent.
- BabyVerse: PostHog analytics cookies, only after you choose Accept; change it any time with “Privacy choices” in the footer.
- CareerLove: first-party, opt-in usage analytics (event names and page paths, no résumé content or contact details) and one cookie that remembers your choice.
- HappierFit: Google AdSense, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager cookies, as described above.
- Nethercon: no cookies of its own and no analytics. Game progress, settings and any profile name you type are kept in
your browser's local storage and never leave your device.
- AEGIS: no cookies of our own; Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without cookies.
- brick30.com: no cookies of our own; Cloudflare counts visits without cookies.
Children
- BabyVerse, CareerLove, AEGIS and Nethercon are for adults (18 and over) and are not directed to children.
On BabyVerse, a parent, relative or friend may type a child's first name so we can write a poem; we use it only to write and deliver
that poem. Nethercon collects no personal information at all.
- HappierFit is for adults; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (under 16 in the EU and UK). If you believe a child has
given us personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for:
- Accounts and what you save in them: until you delete them or ask us to.
- Purchase records: up to 7 years, as tax and accounting law requires.
- Newsletter and marketing lists: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you.
- Messages you send us: up to 2 years.
- Server and security logs: short-lived and rotated automatically, unless needed to investigate abuse.
- Backups: overwritten on a rolling basis (30 days for CareerLove).
Product sections give the specific periods for each product.
Your rights in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland
You have the right to access your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a
portable format, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing). You may also complain to your local data
protection authority.
We are based in the United States and your information is processed there, and by the providers listed above in the countries where
they operate. The AI providers behind our gateway can change with availability and may be outside the US. Transfers from the EEA, UK and Switzerland rely on the
EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions) where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European
Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (or the UK addendum). Email [email protected] for a copy
of the safeguard that applies. Privacy questions, including for a data protection officer, go to the same address.
Your rights in US states
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware,
New Jersey, New Hampshire, Nebraska, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky and Rhode Island), you have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy in a portable format;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information we hold about you;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising and profiling (see Advertising; only HappierFit does targeted advertising, and no product
profiles you in ways that produce legal or similarly significant effects; CareerLove's job-match scores are made only when you ask);
- limit the use of sensitive personal information (we already use it only to provide the feature you asked for);
- appeal if we decline your request, by replying to our decision; if we deny the appeal, you may contact your state attorney general;
- not be treated differently for using any of these rights.
California notice at collection. In the past 12 months we collected these categories: identifiers (name, email, IP
address, account IDs), customer records (purchase details), commercial information (purchases), internet activity (pages and actions;
on HappierFit, ad and analytics data), professional or employment information (CareerLove résumés and job-search data), and
inferences limited to job-match scores you ask CareerLove to make. Sensitive personal information we may receive: account login
credentials, health information (the HappierFit Score™, only if you tick its consent box), and anything sensitive you include in résumés. Sources: you,
your device, our payment provider, and public job postings. We “share” identifiers and internet activity with Google for
advertising on HappierFit only; we sell personal information for money to no one. Purposes and retention are described above.
Consumer health data (Washington, Nevada, Connecticut and similar laws)
The only consumer health data we handle is the HappierFit Score™, saved only if you tick its consent box. How we collect, use
and share it, and your rights, are in our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] from the address you used with us, say which product and which right
you want to use. You can also delete or export your data yourself in CareerLove under Settings. We may ask you to confirm the request
from that address so we know it is you. You can use an authorized agent, who must show your written permission. We answer within one
month (GDPR) or 45 days (US state laws), and tell you if we need an extension the law allows.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls on our databases, encrypted storage of third-party sign-in tokens, signed and
expiring download links, and payment handling by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you as the
law requires.
