These terms are an agreement between you and Brick30 Technologies, LLC (“Brick30”, “we”, “us”), a Minnesota limited liability company. They cover every product we run. By using one of them, or buying from it, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Who can use our products

• To buy anything or create an account, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
• Each product sets its own audience: BabyVerse, CareerLove, AEGIS and Nethercon are for adults 18 and over; HappierFit's free articles, quiz and newsletter are for people 16 and over (buying still requires 18). None of our products is directed to children.
• If you use a product for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

Accounts

Where a product has accounts, give accurate information, keep your login private, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time.

AI-generated content

BabyVerse, CareerLove and AEGIS use AI to write things for you. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output written for others. Read it before you rely on it, buy it or send it. Each product section says whether a person reviews it first. You are responsible for how you use AI output, including anything you send to other people.

Not professional advice

Nothing in our products is medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, immigration or employment-law advice. HappierFit is educational content, not therapy or a diagnosis; if you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988. AEGIS reviews are AI-written opinions, not the advice of a licensed professional. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions that depend on such advice.

Purchases, prices and refunds

• Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Digital products are delivered by email or download right after payment, or within the delivery time the product states.
• We may correct pricing errors, and may cancel and fully refund an order affected by one.
• Each product's refund promise is in its product section. Every one is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law.
• If you live in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. Because digital content is delivered right away, that right ends once delivery starts at your request; the product's own refund promise still applies.
• Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded, whenever you tell us.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you type, upload or submit (“your content”). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to run the product for you, including sending it to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Only submit content you have the right to use, including other people's names and contact details.

Our content

Our sites, designs, software, articles, audio, illustrations and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may quote up to 200 words of an article with attribution and a link. Do not republish whole articles, copy our products, or use our content to train AI models without our written permission. What you may do with things you buy is in each product section.

Acceptable use

Do not use our products to:

• break the law, or create content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• impersonate anyone, spread false information, or send spam (CAN-SPAM, PECR and similar laws apply to outreach you send);
• scrape, harvest bulk contact lists, bypass rate or free-use limits, or access our systems in ways we did not intend;
• interfere with security, probe for vulnerabilities without permission (report them to [email protected]), or overload our services;
• attempt to make our AI produce harmful content or reveal other users' information.

We may decline a request, remove content, or suspend access for misuse.

Links and affiliate disclosure

Our products link to other sites we do not control. Some links on HappierFit are affiliate links: if you buy after clicking one, we may earn a commission at no cost to you. Commissions do not change what we recommend.

Disclaimers

Our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that any product will always be available or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first; most problems are solved by email. Any dispute that is not resolved will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Anoka County, Minnesota, or in small claims court where you live if it qualifies. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring claims in your local courts.

Ending access, and changes

You can stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or end access for misuse or to protect others, and we may change or retire a product; if we retire a paid product, we will tell you first and refund any unused prepaid period. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we announce significant changes on the affected product's site or by email. Changes do not apply to purchases made before the change.

Product sections

BabyVerse

• The service: AI writes an original nursery rhyme for the name you enter. Reading it on screen is free, within a daily limit; the designed poster (a print-ready PDF) is sold. Poems are not reviewed by a person before you see them, so read the poem and check the spelling of every name before you buy.
• Delivery: a download link by email right after payment. Links expire after 7 days; email [email protected] for a new one.
• Happiness guarantee: if you are not happy with a keepsake, email us within 30 days of purchase. We will fix it (for example a misspelled name or a new poem) or refund you in full.
• Your keepsake: you may print, display, share and give it for personal and gift purposes, for as long as you like. You may not resell it, sell prints of it, or use it to train AI models. Free poems are for personal, non-commercial use.

CareerLove

• The service: AI coaching, résumé analysis, job sourcing and match scores, outreach drafts and interview practice, including background jobs that run on a schedule. Job listings come from public sources and may be out of date or inaccurate.
• You approve every message. Nothing is sent to anyone on your behalf without your explicit approval, and approved messages go out through your own email or LinkedIn account. You are responsible for what you send and for following anti-spam laws and LinkedIn's terms.
• No guarantee of outcomes: we do not promise interviews, offers or any particular result.
• Price: CareerLove is currently free. If we add paid plans, the price and its terms will be shown before you pay.

HappierFit

• The service: articles, the HappierFit Score™ quiz, a newsletter and digital guides (such as The Emotional Fitness Playbook) on emotional fitness. Educational only; see Not professional advice.
• Digital guides: instant PDF download with lifetime access, plus any product-specific terms shown at checkout.
• Refunds: within 30 days of purchase, email [email protected]. We acknowledge within 2 business days and refund to your original payment method through Stripe; banks typically take 5 to 10 business days to show it. After 30 days we may still review a request. Free content stays available after a refund.
• Age: 16 and over.

Nethercon

• The service: free Minecraft Nether guides and a browser game, with no account needed. Nethercon is an independent fan site, not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
• Age: for adults 18 and over; not directed to children. It collects no personal information (see our Privacy Policy).
• Our guides, game and characters are ours; you may enjoy and share links to them, not republish them.

AEGIS Board Stress-Test

• The service: you send a website, a deck or a short description of your business; AI writes reviews from four advisor perspectives (CEO, CFO, CMO, CISO) and a prioritized action list, which a person edits for accuracy before we email the PDF.
• Prices and delivery: as shown on the order page, one-time payments with no subscription (for example $29 for one advisor within 24 hours, $149 for the full board within 48 hours).
• Money-back promise: if you decide the report did not surface at least one thing worth more than you paid, reply to the delivery email and we refund you in full. It is your call, not ours.
• Confidentiality: we never publish or resell your submission. Do not send anything you would not share with an AI tool, or information you are not allowed to share.
